This photo is beautiful! The colours look great and i like the structure of the leaf.
Macro photos of drops are very common, but i think the leaf makes it a bit more original. The muted colours of the background and the leaf look great, but the glitter doesn't fit in very well. Though i like that the glitter and the background have the same colour, maybe the picture would look better without.
I can't criticize anything about the technique, i like the focus, the depth of field and the bokeh as well as the composition.
