This photo immediately caught my attention and I really like it!
The bottle looks great, the red fluid pops out and i like the way you arranged the branch, the ribbon and the snow-like flakes.
There are two things that i would criticize, first the focus or the depth of field, the picture might look a bit better if the whole bottle would be sharp.
Second, the bokeh. The bottle and the bokeh look great together, but 1. the bold, intense colours of the bokeh look distracting and 2. the bright background left and the dark on the right look a bit unbalanced. I would have taken the picture with either a white or a dark background to make it look more balanced, or maybe change the background so that the bokeh is more blurred and less flashy.
